Workspace Field Lists

Manage the dropdown options available during capture. Changes here apply immediately across the app.

  • Core Context: Define Applications, Modules (scoped to their parent app), Environments, and User Roles.
  • Giving AI Context (Business Logic): You can write short hints for your Apps and Modules to help the AI understand your software better. Use the Context textareas inside Applications and Modules to provide explicit instructions for the AI Triage engine.
  • Bug Types and Severities (Taxonomy): Customize Devices, Browsers, Entry Types, Severities, and Issue Platforms.

Global Shortcuts & Preferences

  • Hotkeys: Rebind Ctrl+Alt+P (Quick Capture), Ctrl+Alt+S (Global Snip), or Ctrl+Alt+M (Dashboard). The app warns if the OS already owns the combination.
  • Background Start: Enable Run on System Startup to launch silently into the system tray when Windows boots.
  • Screenshot Flow: Toggle Review screenshots before attaching to bypass the annotation canvas and save snips instantly to the draft.
